My client is a top tier investment bank looking for a talented Helpdesk support specialist. You will work on a helpdesk as part of a team and your responsibilities will include answering calls, providing a high rate of first line resolution, logging, assigning, progress chasing and escalating where first line resolution is not possible. You will interface with all levels of the user community nationwide as well as other IT teams within the business as required.
